Answering FAQs About Coffee Catering
It all begins with an idea.
What’s included in the booking? All pricing quotes include travel, set up, tear down, a custom menu, allotted number of handcrafted drinks, one to two baristas, & all materials.
How many guests can you serve? We can accommodate small, intimate gatherings of 20 people to large events with 200+ guests. Our machine can pull over 50 double shots in an hour.
What is on your menu? In addition to the basic coffee staples, we carry a wide range of specialty coffee drinks that include (almost) any flavor you could imagine. We also offer the option of adding non coffee beverages to your menu such as chai, matcha, cocoa, specialty cocoa, apple cider, or handcrafted lemonade. We have extensive experience in making drinks for children & can offer options for a kid friendly menu as well. Any drink on the menu can be made hot or iced, according to your guests preferences.
How much space is typically needed for a coffee bar? Our coffee cart is compact enough that we only require approximately 6x6 feet of space. Of course, we encourage leaving plenty of space in front of the cart for the line!
What are some popular signature coffee drinks for weddings? This answer will vary for each individual, but popular signature coffee drinks often include personalized options named after significant places, events, nicknames, or jokes between or related to the couple. We also encourage our clients to include their favorite coffee flavors for their guests to enjoy!
Can I customize the cart or cups with my brand/event logo? Absolutely! We offer custom branding options such as customized sleeves, signage or menu upgrades to make your event unique. Additional branding fees vary.
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date & allow for plenty of time to communicate & plan your personalized service.
